We are seeking dedicated Children's Support Workers in Salisbury to support vulnerable children and young people in a residential care setting.

Salary: £13.85 per hour plus overtime and sleep in rate

Shifts: 2 on 4 off (two long shifts with a sleep in between)

Main Duties:

  • Providing day-to-day care and emotional support
  • Encouraging independence and positive engagement
  • Supporting with education and activities
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues and professionals

Ideal Candidate:

  • Caring and reliable
  • Able to work shifts including evenings and weekends
  • Experience working with young people desirable
  • Full UK Driving Licence (Manual)
