We are specialists in Social Work, Social Care and Early Years and have a fantastic reputation having been around for 15 years. We are looking to add some quality to our Early Years Team, which was created in 2024. The success has been so quick and large that we now want to bring someone on to take on the business we have won.

A Recruitment Consultant at Charles Hunter Associates receives the following benefits:

  • Starting salary up to £27,000
  • Commission scheme which is uncapped (OTE for year is approx £33,000 realistically)
  • Flexible Working – 3 days in the office and 2 days from home (Tuesday and Wednesdays)
  • 25 days annual leave plus 1 for your birthday and 8 bank holidays
