My client is looking for a Registered Manager for a 4 bed children's home in Preston offering £56,000 plus £7,500 Welcome Bonus. I am looking for a Registered Manager, or a children's home Deputy Manager stepping up, to join a therapeutic 4 bed home in Preston. My client is a national provider with children's homes, schools and therapy. You will have an experienced and qualified staff team, mentoring by very experienced senior managers, full therapeutic support from the in-house clinical team and therapeutic management program.
Responsibilities:
- Support the management of a 4 bed children's home in Preston as Registered Manager.
- Lead and supervise staff with mentoring from senior managers.
- Coordinate with the in-house clinical team to provide full therapeutic support.

Qualifications:
- Diploma Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent
