Pay:
Up to Β£18.27 per hour PAYE (plus holiday pay)
Up to Β£24.00 per hour Umbrella
Our clients Nursery in Lewisham is looking for an experienced and passionate interim Nursery Manager to join their team.
This nursery is in the heart of South East London, surrounded by nature.This nursery fosters a creative and nurturing environment, catering for children's learning and developmental individual needs.
Role responsibilities:
- Lead, support and grow a team of early years professionals
- Build a rapport with parents, children and staff
- Create a warm, welcoming and inclusive environment where children can thrive
- Make sure the nursery meets high Ofsted and EYFS standards
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the nursery
Essential requirements:
- Level 3 or higher Early Years Practitioner qualification
- Experience in a management or deputy role
- A strong understanding of Ofsted and the EYFS framework
- A passion for early years and supporting children in their development
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding and the procedures
- Strong leadership qualities and experience managing a team
- Great communication and organisational skills
