Charles Hunter Associates Early Years Team are seeking experienced Agency Level 2 or 3 Qualified Early Years Practitioners to join our nursery bank team in Newbury! We have work also available in Basingstoke, Thatcham and Reading. Pick and choose when you work from 1 to 5 days a week. This is an exciting opportunity to try new nurseries and have the flexibility to choose when you work.

Successful applicants will receive a joining bonus of £250 for Level 3 or £100 for Level 2 qualified practitioners (once completed 100 hours).

Hours

Hours can range between 8-6, 8-5, 8-4.

About the role as an Early Years Practitioner:

  • You will ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the setting, building trust with both children and parents.
  • You will play a crucial role in the Early Years development of these children through play and other activities.
  • Adhering to the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, you will make a positive impact on the children in the setting.

About You as the Early Years Practitioner:

  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 Early Years Qualification or Equivalent.
  • Experience working in a nursery is essential.
  • Passion about Early Years Education.
  • Enhanced DBS on the Updates Service or able to obtain one.
