We are looking for a Social Worker to join an Adult Mental Health Team. This role requires a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience.
About the Team
This team works together in accordance with the Care Act. They are responsible for assessing and reviewing the social care needs of adults who have primary mental health concerns. The team undertakes safeguarding enquiries and works with the Safeguarding Adults Manager to manage risk and ensure safeguarding outcomes are met.
About you
A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of 2 years' experience working with adults. You'll have a solid understanding of the Care Act 2014, the Mental Capacity Act 2005, the Mental Health Act 2007 and the Human Rights Act 1998. Driving is desirable but not essential.
