Requirements:

  • A Level 3 or 4 in Residential Childcare Diploma OR Health and Social Care; applicants with a relevant degree will also be considered (Social Work, Psychology)
  • Over 1 year’s experience in Social Care in a shift lead, senior or team leading position
  • Experience working with children and young people is ideal
  • A passion for supporting children and young people
  • Strong communication and IT skills
  • Driver with a clean license
