Requirements:
- A Level 3 or 4 in Residential Childcare Diploma OR Health and Social Care; applicants with a relevant degree will also be considered (Social Work, Psychology)
- Over 1 year’s experience in Social Care in a shift lead, senior or team leading position
- Experience working with children and young people is ideal
- A passion for supporting children and young people
- Strong communication and IT skills
- Driver with a clean license
