They provide ongoing support under Leaving Care Legislation. The focus of this team is on the social needs of young people, helping them transition into adulthood and supporting them. The team encourages work-life balance and wants to help you to grow and deliver confident practice. About youThe ideal candidate will have post-qualifying experience in child protection, children in need, safeguarding, looked after children, MASH, fostering or referral and assessment is desirable for this position. A degree in Social Work(Degree/DipSW/CQSW). You will also need to be Social Work England Registered.
