If you have a passion for working with children and young people, professional experience supporting vulnerable young people, or are looking for a rewarding career, this could be an exciting opportunity for you. I am looking for Therapeutic Support Workers to join an established nationwide organisation specialising in bespoke therapeutic care for young people who have experienced trauma. Starting salary £28,000 based in Ipswich, Suffolk.

The role requires full commitment and involves shift work, overnight sleep-ins and weekends, working as part of a dedicated team to ensure young people receive consistent care and support.

Do you have:

  • Experience working with children or young adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs or behaviours that challenge
  • Experience within SEN schools, youth work, community services, semi-independent services, care leavers, youth justice or children's homes
  • Ability to work shifts, weekends and overnight stays
  • Driving licence and vehicle - essential
