Do you have a passion for working with children and young people? Are you looking for a challenging yet rewarding role? I am looking for Residential Support Workers to join a fantastic company who support the most vulnerable young people in the UK via their therapeutic homes.
Based in their residential community, you will work with young people aged 10-18 in their specialist residential home for young people aged eight to eighteen with complex needs and behaviours that may challenge. The Residential Support Worker role requires full commitment; this is a serious career path that requires self-sacrifice in order to ensure the young people are always put first and receive the support they need.
The job will involve:
- Days only working long days
- Alternate weekends
- Sleep-ins
- Sometimes staying beyond your shift ending to ensure safe handover or bedtime routines
