The predicted salary is between 48700 - 62200 £ per year.

We are looking for a Registered Manager for this well thought of organisation in the East Midlands. This is a full time position that is home based but will have travel within the wider East Midlands region. You must have a Diploma/Degree in Social Work and the right to work in the UK (no VISA sponsorship).

About the team

This is a not-for-profit organisation and is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of Children and their families and work with a therapeutic approach.

About you

The successful candidate will have significant experience within Children's Social Work, especially in fostering teams post qualification whilst having an up-to-date understanding of relevant legislation. You will also need to have experience as a Team Manager or above. You will ideally have an understanding of working therapeutically and be someone that is engaging and looking to help grow and develop this service.

  • Salary £54,702 dependent on experience rising to £60,780 after 18 months
