You must have a Diploma/Degree in Social Work and have the right to work in the UK (no VISA sponsorship available)

About the job
- Lead safeguarding practice across the agency.
- Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead.
- Provide supervision, leadership and support to staff.
- Support foster carers to provide therapeutic care.
- Act as Adviser to Foster Panel and present reports where required.
- Quality assure assessments, reviews and practice standards.
- Promote DDP-informed and trauma-responsive approaches.
- Work collaboratively with children, carers, local authorities and partner agencies.
About you
The successful candidate will have a social work degree with post qualification experience inFostering. Fostering management experience is ideal.
