What Will You Be Doing?
As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you will play an important role in helping children and young people feel safe, supported and valued.
Your day could involve:
- Supporting children and young people with their daily routines.
- Building positive and trusting relationships.
- Helping young people manage their emotions and behaviours.
- Supporting attendance at school, appointments and activities.
- Encouraging independence and developing life skills.
- Supporting young people through challenging situations.
