We are looking for dedicated Support Workers to join my clients 4 bed residential children's home supporting some of the UK's most vulnerable children and young people. This is a trauma-informed environment where patience, resilience, consistency and genuine care are essential.
This role requires real dedication and heart, as you will be supporting young people who may have experienced significant trauma and challenging life experiences.
The role also requires flexibility, with long shifts including days, evenings, weekends, bank holidays and sleep-in shifts.

The Role:
- As a Support Worker, you will:
- Support children with their emotional, physical and developmental needs
- Build positive and trusting relationships with young people
- Act as a positive role model
- Support young people who have experienced trauma
- Encourage positive activities, routines and life experiences
- Help young people develop independence and confidence
- Work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team
- Uphold strong safeguarding practices
This role includes long shifts, evenings, weekends, bank holidays and sleep-ins, so flexibility is essential.
