A specialist therapeutic independent fostering agencyare looking for a team manager for their fostering service that coversYorkshire & North Lincolnshire. This is a permanent andfull-timeposition that is hybrid working.
You must have a Diploma/Degree in Social Work and have the right to work in the UK (no VISA sponsorship available)

This independent fostering agency is well known for working with a therapeutic approach. They have several regionally based teams across the UK but this service is based in South Yorkshire. This organisation provides multiple services for Children in need including specialist: education, residential care, clinical services, crisis intervention and fostering.

About you
The successful candidate will have a social work degree with post qualification experience inChildren's Social Work which must include fostering to at least a senior social worker levelwhilst having an up-to-date understanding of relevant fostering legislation.
