We are recruiting for Residential Support Workers to join a growing children's care provider with residential homes based in Crediton and Exeter. Successful candidates will be assigned to one of the homes and must be able to reliably commute to their chosen location. This is a rewarding opportunity to support children and young people in a safe, nurturing, and structured environment, helping them to achieve positive outcomes and reach their full potential. Please be advised that this role is unable to provide sponsorship and requires a driver.
What's on Offer?
- £28,000 per annum
- 40‑hour permanent contract
- £70 per sleep‑in (typically 1-2 per week)
- Realistic earnings of £31,720 including sleep‑in pay

Shift Pattern
- Typical shifts: 7:30 am – 10:00 pm
- Generally working around three days per week
- Sleep‑in duties required as part of the role
