I am working with a well-established children's residential care provider seeking a Senior Residential Support Worker to join their team in Colchester. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate individual with a Level 3 Residential Childcare qualification and a full UK driving licence to help support and guide young people in a safe, nurturing environment. This role involves working with children and young people who may have experienced significant challenges in their lives, requiring resilience, commitment, and a genuine passion for making a positive impact.
