Do you have a passion for working with children and young people? Are you looking for a challenging yet rewarding role? We are looking for Therapeutic Support Workers for this organisation’s Residential Children’s service. Based in their residential community, you will work with young people aged 10-18 in their specialist residential home for young people aged eight to eighteen, with learning disabilities, complex needs, and behaviours that may challenge.

The Residential Support Worker role requires full commitment; this is a serious career path that requires self-sacrifice in order to ensure the young people are always put first and receive the support they need. The job will involve days only working long days, alternate weekends, and sometimes you will need to stay beyond your shift ending to ensure safe handover or bedtime routines.

Hours: Full time / Days only (without sleeps)
