I am looking for a Children's Home Manager for a highly reputable established specialist children's home provider, who are looking to appoint a brand new Registered Manager for their Ofsted registered home in Camden. Your home is a brand new 4 bed home in Camden and you will be able to put your stamp on this brand new home, building a new team, culture and providing the very best in support to young people with difficult beginnings.

The Children's Home Manager role is a permanent full-time post paying £53,000 base salary, £3,000 Car Allowance and with bonuses, your OTE is £63,000.

To be considered for the Children's Home Manager role, you must have:

  • Previous Ofsted Registered Manager experience or extensive Deputy Manager experience (min 3 years) in a children's home
  • QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management
  • Strong knowledge of children's social care legislation, Ofsted, safeguarding
  • Positive personality who is child led in practice
