We are looking for a Social Worker to join the Adult's Generic Social Work Team. This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 2 years post qualified experience.

About the team:

The Adult's Generic Social Work Team is a dynamic and supportive service that works with adults aged 18 and over with a wide range of needs, including physical disabilities, mental health conditions and learning disabilities. The team is committed to promoting independence, wellbeing and safeguarding, working in a person-centred and strength-based way. You will be part of a collaborative multidisciplinary environment, working closely with health professionals, carers, and partner agencies to deliver high-quality support and effective outcomes for service users. The team offers a positive working culture with regular supervision, opportunities for professional development and a strong focus on continuous learning.

About you:

A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of 2-year experience is essential to be considered for this role. Experience working in a Generic Adult Social Work Team lends well to the success of this position.
