My client is looking for a Therapeutic Support Worker in a children's home based in Bodmin for young people with trauma and behavioural needs.
This is a role where you will be working with one of the most reputable care providers in the area and will benefit from ongoing training and support to ensure you have everything you need to become successful in the role.

- Starting salary of £31,600 (£28,080 plus £3,600 sleep ins)
- Full-time contract - 40 Hours

We are considering candidates who have children's home experience as well as candidates with transferable professional experience including
- Youth Worker or Community Youth Work
- SEN Education or TA/LSA for young people with behavioural needs
- Relevant Degree/Graduate (Psychology, Sociology, Behavioural studies)
The below is mandatory to be considered for this job
- Full Manual Driving License and Vehicle
- Resilience to manage challenging behaviours
Please note this children's home is based in Bodmin and will require you to have a driving license and vehicle.
