We are looking for an Adult's Social Worker to join our Hospital Team. This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 2 years post qualified experience.

About the team

This team is made up of all levels of social workers and has a very strong management system in place to help with support. They are responsible for safeguarding vulnerable individuals aged 18 and above, making sure their needs are being met while working with the individual's family and other health professionals to ensure the correct support is in place ready for them to be discharged. This is a very fast-paced environment with a quick turnover of assessments and caseloads.

About you

It is essential to have a degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of two years' experience within adult's social work in order to be considered for this role. Having experience and knowledge in discharge to assess or hospital work is essential for this role. A valid UK driving licence and vehicle is required to qualify for this position.
