We are looking for a Room Leader to join one of our busy nurseries in Basingstoke. This is an opportunity to further your career within Early Years working with a friendly team and grow your capabilities across multiple rooms. Drivers preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute age-appropriate activities
- Create a safe and stimulating environment where the children can learn and thrive
- Be a Key Person - develop and care for a group of children on a 1:1 basis
- Lead the daily operations of the nursery
- Ensure the highest standards of care, safety and education
- Build strong relationships with children, parents and staff
About You:
- Level 3 Early Years Qualification or above (essential)
- Previous experience in an advisory role is desired
- Strong knowledge of EYFS, and safeguarding
- Passionate about fostering the development of children
