Permanent – Social Care – Salary £28,000 ‑ £35,000 per annum (up to £33,750 per annum).

Location: Barnstaple, Devon.

We are looking for passionate Support Workers with experience working with children and young people in a variety of settings. A career in children’s homes could be for you.

Do you have:

  • Experience working with children or young adults with learning disabilities, mental health issues, or challenging behaviours – e.g., SEN schools, youth work, community young people, children’s learning disabilities, semi‑independent services, care leavers, youth justice, children’s homes.
  • Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent (or willingness to complete).
  • Ability to complete shift patterns, weekends, and overnight stays.
  • Driving licence and vehicle – essential.
