The Opportunity
We are working to recruit a dedicated and experienced Nursery Manager for a warm and welcoming setting. This is an opportunity to lead a well-established nursery. The successful candidate will oversee the full operation of the setting, including team management, safeguarding, staff rotas and Ofsted Compliance.
Key Responsibilities as the Nursery Manager
- Lead the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring exceptional care and education in line with EYFS
- Oversee a dedicated team of early years professionals
- Ensure the highest standards of care, safety and education
- Oversee curriculum planning and tracking of children's development
- Build strong relationships with children, parents and staff
About you as the Nursery Manager
- Previous experience as a Nursery Manager or Deputy in a busy setting
- Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding legislation and Ofsted expectations
- A confident, supportive leader with the ability to build and develop strong teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Committed to delivering inclusive, high-quality early years practice
