We are looking for passionate Support Workers with experience working with Children and/or Young Adults with either traumatic backgrounds, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health or Challenging Behaviours.
My client is a highly reputable charitable provider of residential homes and education to young people from difficult starts and display associated challenging behaviour. We are looking for a Therapeutic Support Worker to join a fantastic home in Smeeth, Kent. If you have experience with children and young people in SEN education, youth work, young offenders or fostering, a career in children's homes is for you.
Benefits
- £33,000 - £36,000 (this includes 2 x sleep ins per week)
- 39 hours or 45 hours per week contracts available

Requirements
- Experience of working with children or young adults with learning disabilities, mental health, or behaviours that challenge - SEN School, youth work, community young people, children's learning disabilities, semi-independent services, care leavers, youth justice, children's homes
- Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent (or willingness to complete)
- Ability to complete shift patterns, weekends, and overnight stays
- Driving license and vehicle - Essential
