We are currently looking for a Social Worker to join an Adult\’s Complex Care Team.

This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 2 years post qualified experience.

About the team

The team deals with vulnerable adults in the community with complex care needs to help preserve their independence and wellbeing.The team works with a strength-based approach to ensure each care package is tailored to each individuals needs.Implementing care plans and packages, completing necessary safeguarding assessments and MCA\’s are all key responsibilities.

About you

The successful candidate will be well versed in community/ neighbourhood work and have experience in a team that deals with safeguarding or long term adult\’s caseholding.A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of two years experience working in an Adult\’s setting are essential for this position.
