Overview
We are looking for a Social Worker to join an Adults Social Worker Team.
About the Team
This team responds to emergencies by carrying out assessments and reviews. Responsibilities in the team include providing direct advice and assistance when required, using a range of resources to promote the wellbeing of the service user whilst delivering high standards of social care practice.
About you
A degree qualifies Social Worker (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of 2 years\’ experience working with adults. You will have the ability to work as part of a multi-agency team. You\\\’ll be familiar with the principles of the MCA Act and be able to apply where appropriate.
