We are currently recruiting Residential Support Workers to work on an agency basis within a children's residential setting in Abingdon. As a Support Worker, you will provide the highest standard of care, ensuring all children's needs are met in a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing high-quality care while promoting safeguarding and welfare
- Supporting children with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs
