We are looking for a Social Worker to join the Children's Looked After Team. This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 3 years' permanent experience per DFE guidelines.
About the Team
You will be responsible for undertaking ongoing assessment work and intervention with children and families. You will be progressing children's plans and ensuring that they are accessing the right level of service at the right time. You will be working closely with colleagues and partner agencies to ensure that the voice of the child is heard, recorded and forms an integral part of your case planning.
About You
- A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
- Minimum 3 years post-qualified experience
- Previous experience within a children frontline team is beneficial.
- A full UK Driver's License is essential
