We are looking for a Children's Team Manager to join the Children with Disabilities Service. Do not apply to this role if you do not have a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 3 years post qualified experience in permanent contract/s.

About the team:

The Children with Disabilities Service supports children and young people with complex needs and their families, ensuring they receive the care, protection and opportunities they need to thrive. The team undertakes assessments, develops tailored care and support plans, and works in close partnership with families, education, health professionals and other agencies. A key focus is on promoting independence, safeguarding, and improving outcomes for children and young people with disabilities. The service is committed to providing a person‐centred approach, ensuring each child's needs are understood and met through coordinated and effective multi‐agency working.

About you:

A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of 3-year experience is essential to be considered for this role. Experience managing and leading a frontline Children Social Work Team lends well to the success of this position.
