We are currently recruiting experienced and compassionate Adult Support Workers to join our dedicated team in Castle Cary, supporting young adults with complex needs, learning disabilities, and mental health needs. The Role
As an Adult Support Worker, you will provide day-to-day support tailored to each individual's needs, promoting wellbeing, independence, and positive outcomes in a safe and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting young adults with complex needs, learning disabilities, and mental health conditions
- Providing emotional and practical support with daily living activities
