Charles Hunter Associates Ltd is seeking an Adult's Social Worker to join a Community Review Team in Dudley. You will hold a Social Work qualification and bring a minimum of two years post-qualified experience to the role.
You will support adults 18+ with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, mental health needs or older persons, ensuring care plans, assessments and visits are completed in the individual's best interests. A driving licence is preferred but not essential.
