I am looking for passionate Support Workers with experience working with Children and/or Young Adults in education, residential homes, youth support, youth work, or youth justice.

My client is the local county council who have ambitious plans in the upcoming years and are looking for Support Workers to join one of their existing purpose-built children's homes in Tiverton for their residential services. If you have experience with children and young people in SEN education, youth work, young offenders, or fostering, a career in children's homes is for you.

Benefits include:

  • From £26,824 per annum plus sleep-in allowance (OTE £31,000)

Do you have:

  • Experience of working with children or young adults with learning disabilities, mental health, or behaviours that challenge - SEN School, youth work, community young people, children's learning disabilities, semi-independent services, care leavers, youth justice, children's homes
  • Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent (or willingness to complete)
  • Ability to complete shift patterns, weekends, and overnight stays.
