Residential Support Workers in Bodmin to join a dedicated children's residential care team.

About the Role
You'll play an important role in providing consistent care, encouragement and support to young people.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building positive relationships with young people
- Providing emotional and practical support
- Supporting daily routines
- Encouraging independence and life skills
- Supporting education, activities and appointments
- Helping young people achieve their individual goals
- Maintaining a safe and nurturing environment
- Completing care records and reports
- Working closely with colleagues and other professionals
About You
We're looking for people who are:

- Committed to safeguarding children and young people
- Willing to learn and develop
Previous experience in residential childcare, support work, education, youth work or a similar setting is beneficial but not essential.
Package
£13.50 per hour + £70 per sleep-in
You'll also receive training, support and opportunities to progress your career within children's residential care.
