We are currently recruiting Residential Support Workers to work on an agency basis within a children's residential setting in Basingstoke. As a Residential Support Worker, you will provide the highest standard of care, ensuring all children's needs are met in a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Providing high-quality care while promoting safeguarding and welfare
- Supporting children with learning disabilities, autism, and additional needs
- Encouraging learning through play, experience, and daily activities
- Supporting independence with everyday tasks and personal care
- Participating in activities including swimming, walks, education, and community outings
