We are currently recruiting Residential Support Workers to work on an agency basis within a children's residential setting in Basingstoke.
As a Residential Support Worker, you will provide the highest standard of care, ensuring all children's needs are met in a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing high-quality care while promoting safeguarding and welfare
- Supporting children with learning disabilities, autism, and additional needs
- Encouraging learning through play, experience, and daily activities
- Supporting independence with everyday tasks and personal care
- Participating in activities including swimming, walks, education, and community outings
About You
- The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing quality care and education and committed to supporting children to achieve positive outcomes.
- The ability to travel to Basingstoke
- Experience working with children or young people with learning disabilities, autism, or similar needs
- Patience, understanding, and a willingness to learn
- A calm, positive, and encouraging approach
- Strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare
