Requirements / Experience:
- Proven experience as a Residential Manager or Deputy Manager in children's residential care
- Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification (or working towards for DM)
- Full UK driving licence
- Ofsted inspection experience
- Ability to lead, inspire and support a staff team to deliver high-quality care
