Job Title: Property Manager Location: Swindon Working hours / days: 09:00 – 17:30 / Mon – Fri & every other Saturday Term: Permanent Salary: £25,000-£30,000 per annum basic with bonus structure once probation has passed ** Company Car Provided for appointments ** We are a local Independent estate agency and are seeking a Property Manager to join our long established and expanding team in Swindon. Property Manager responsibilities: * Carrying out viewings * Negotiation of Rent * Viewing Feedback * Managing a portfolio of properties * Dealing with maintenance reports * Reporting to landlords * Working with the team and assisting in other areas where necessary such as Sales. * Valuing properties (training will be given) Candidate requirements: * Lettings experience preferred * Confident communicator both face to face and on the phone * Willing to work some Saturdays with lieu given back * Must be professional, presentable and articulate * A full, clean driving license
