Interns will support MI5 and MI6 in identifying threats, analysing intelligence and learning operational practices. Eligibility Criteria:

  • British Citizen or a parent who is a British Citizen.
  • Nationality must be British or one of the listed categories (British Overseas Territory, British Subject, etc.).
  • Resident in the UK for at least seven of the last ten years.
  • Age minimum 17 years 6 months; start date after 18th birthday.
  • Application must be launched from within the UK.

Working Conditions:

Date of internship: 20 June 2022 – 2 September 2022.

Salary and Benefits:

£26,210 per annum (salary plus enhancement), pro-rated to £5,242.01 over the 11-week programme. Accommodation assistance (if needed) and five days of annual leave.
