We are looking for an enthusiastic production coordinator to help with the day to day activities within the production team.

As well as representing artists through the gallery, ourstudio designs custom pieces of lighting and furniture which are made through a network of global artisans. Our design and production teams create and realise these pieces on behalf of our clients.

As the Production Coordinator, you will help the Design& Production team with the manufacture and delivery of our orders.

Your key duties will include:

  • Maintain production schedules for all active projects, tracking milestones, deadlines and delivery dates across exhibitions, fairs and commissions.
  • Schedule workshop visits, quality control checks and final approvals to ensure production standards are met before delivery or installation.
  • Coordinate shipping, storage and installation logistics for artworks and design pieces, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth execution.
  • Produce installation guides, care instructions and technical documentation for bespoke works and artist pieces.
  • Schedule and oversee product photography, ensuring completed works are documented to a high standard for sales, archive and marketing use.
  • Track project costs against approved budgets, maintaining accurate records of supplier spend, shipping costs and fabrication expenses.
  • Visit workshops to check quality control and project progress.
  • Aid in the sourcing of suppliers, contractors and materials, obtaining quotes, comparing options and securing the most suitable production partners for each project.

Skills and experience required

  • 1–3 years experience in production coordination, project management or fabrication within art, design, interiors or a related creative field.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence working with artists, makers, clients and suppliers.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, practical and solutions focused. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Rhino and Adobe Creative Suite advantageous.
  • A genuine interest in contemporary art, collectible design and material led practice is essential.

Salary range: Β£30,000-Β£35,000

This is a full-time position (Monday-Friday, occasional weekends)
