Role Overview

We have excellent opportunities for Graduate Engineers to join our team. Graduates will play a key role in planning, designing, and delivering infrastructure projects alongside experienced team members. You will gain hands-on experience in Civil Engineering, building on your academic achievements and previous work experience.

What you’ll do:

  • Assist in designing and developing civil engineering projects including Marine, Civil Infrastructure, and Rail
  • Conduct site visits and investigations
  • Prepare technical reports, drawings, and specifications using CAD software
  • Support Project Managers in planning, budgeting, and scheduling
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Collaborate with architects, surveyors, and contractors to ensure project success
  • Monitor construction progress and provide technical support on-site
  • Analyze data and recommend engineering solutions

Requirements for a Graduate Civil Engineer:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering and Management, or relevant field
  • Minimum 40 weeks of work experience in Civil Engineering or Construction
  • Full driving license for UK/Ireland
  • Flexibility to travel to sites
  • IT literacy

Desirable:

  • CSR, CSCS, or Safe Pass card/certificate
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD
