We're hiring a Klaviyo specialist to join our retention team and help our Shopify and Shopify Plus clients maximise lifecycle revenue.

Charle is a Shopify and Shopify Plus agency working with ambitious DTC brands across the UK, US, and Europe. Retention is already a core part of what we deliver, and our roster of clients is growing. We need another specialist to join our team and keep up with demand as we push the work further.

The Role

This is a fixed-term contract with a clear scope to convert into a full-time position if of interest. You'll slot into our existing team and take ownership of Klaviyo programmes across a portfolio of brands we already work with.

This is a strategy and delivery role, not a design seat. Our designers handle the visual side. You own the thinking, the flow architecture, the segmentation logic, the testing roadmap, and the build inside Klaviyo.

What You'll Own

• Klaviyo strategy across email and SMS for a portfolio of Shopify and Shopify Plus brands we're already running programmes for
• End-to-end flow builds and optimisation: welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, win-back, replenishment, VIP, sunset
• Campaign calendars that align with each brand's promotional and editorial plan
• Segmentation and list health: building, cleaning, and evolving audience logic that drives engagement and protects deliverability
• A/B testing roadmaps across subject lines, send times, offers, content blocks, and SMS variants
• Reporting on revenue per recipient, flow performance, list growth, and contribution to total store revenue
• Working alongside our CRO, design, and client services teams to connect on-site capture with downstream lifecycle programmes
• Briefing our designers cleanly so creative ships on time and on brand
• Keeping up with Klaviyo's product roadmap, deliverability best practice, and SMS compliance across regions

Who We're Looking For

• 2+ years hands-on building inside Klaviyo for ecommerce brands, ideally on Shopify or Shopify Plus
• Strong opinions on flow architecture, segmentation, and lifecycle strategy, backed by results you can talk through
• Comfortable owning SMS alongside email, including compliance and consent across UK, EU, and US
• Confident reading data and turning it into the next test, not just a screenshot in a report
• Organised enough to run programmes across multiple brands at once without anything slipping
• Clear written communicator who can brief designers, update clients, and document what you've built
• Bonus: experience with reviews tools (Okendo, Yotpo, Junip), loyalty platforms (LoyaltyLion, Smile, Yotpo), or Gorgias
