Clinical Research Nurse/Clinical Research Practitioner

Overview

Clinical Research Nurse/Clinical Research Practitioner role at Charity Society. The post holder will coordinate a range of portfolio studies, meet targets and troubleshoot recruitment or engagement issues. They will ensure all studies are conducted in accordance with the research protocol and always work within ICH Good Clinical Practice Guidelines for research. We are looking for a team player who can also work independently, cope under pressure, and have a flexible approach to their work. The post holder should demonstrate they have a passion for clinical research and for providing opportunities for patients and staff within CDDFT to be aware of research activity and how to participate.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a range of portfolio studies to meet targets
• Troubleshoot recruitment or engagement issues
• Ensure studies are conducted in accordance with the research protocol and ICH Good Clinical Practice guidelines
• Work collaboratively with the team and independently as required
• Maintain proactive, organized work practices and effective communication with stakeholders

Qualifications

• Interest or experience in clinical research and ability to work in a research environment
• Ability to cope under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
• Demonstrated passion for clinical research and for informing patients and staff about research participation
