We are supporting a small, well-established charity delivering vital services to older people experiencing loneliness and social isolation. Following a period of significant change, the organisation is seeking an experienced interim to step in quickly, provide stability and keep services running smoothly during a short-term transition. This is a hands-on leadership role, reporting to the Board, where you'll balance operational delivery with senior oversight.
What you'll be doing:
- Steadying day-to-day operations during a period of change
- Supporting a small team of staff and volunteers
- Maintaining relationships with funders, partners and care providers
- Overseeing delivery of volunteer-led services
- Ensuring fundraising activity and grant commitments stay on track
- Working closely with Trustees to manage priorities, risks and performance
