Senior In-House Legal Counsel
Location: City of London & Remote
Working Pattern: Part-time (3 to 4 days per week, up to 30 hours)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver expert legal advice to the executive team, board, and senior management.
- Lead on contract drafting, negotiation, and regulatory compliance.

- Oversee legal risk management and regulatory issues, ensuring full compliance with relevant charity, corporate, and financial services regulations.
- Liaise with and manage relationships with external legal advisors as required.

What We're Looking For
- Qualified solicitor with a current practicing certificate in England & Wales.
- Approx. 5 years PQE with at least 3 years at a senior in-house level.
- Charity law and governance experience highly desirable.
- Strong background in employment law, contracts, GDPR, and regulatory frameworks.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a mid-sized, mission-led organisation.
- Experience working with or advising professional membership bodies is advantageous.
