Key responsibilities will include:

- Supporting operational managers with budget monitoring and financial understanding
- Helping drive long-term financial sustainability initiatives
The organisation has built a highly flexible and remote-friendly culture, with leadership team members based across Scotland. The role is expected to be around 3 days per week, though there is flexibility around how this is structured.
The successful candidate will likely bring:
- Senior finance leadership experience within the charity, social enterprise or purpose-led sector
- Strong management accounting, budgeting and forecasting expertise
- The ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance colleagues
- A calm, resilient and solutions-focused approach
- Experience supporting organisational growth, funding or change initiatives
- A recognised accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and mission-driven organisation where finance plays a genuinely strategic role in supporting impact and future growth.
