Charity People is partnering with a mental health charity to recruit a Senior People Advisor in London. Hybrid role (1-2 days in office), full-time 37.5 hours, temporary with possible extension.
You will advise on employee relations, lead on HR issues, and help shape a positive employee experience across the organisation. You will support managers, manage complex cases, advise on employment law, and contribute to wellbeing and EDI initiatives while partnering with the Head of People.
