- A brilliant relationship builder who can engage confidently with high-net-worth individuals, senior business leaders, funders, trustees and other influential stakeholders.
- Someone with the ambition and confidence to develop significant gifts, including six figure and multi-year opportunities.
- A strategic thinker who understands pipelines, forecasting and income growth, but never loses sight of the relationships behind the numbers.
- An inspiring and supportive leader who can develop people, build confidence and create a culture of accountability and ambition.
- A collaborative, thoughtful approach and the ability to bring people with you through a period of exciting organisational change.
You’ll have the opportunity to build the strategy, develop the team and create the philanthropic and corporate relationships that will help ensure hospice care is there for more people and families, today, tomorrow and for generations to come.
