About the Role

We are thrilled to be supporting this mental health charity to find their new Membership and Services Administrator .

Salary: £27,348 (+£4,677 London Weighting)

Predominantly Home-based with a need to work from the London office on an ad-hoc basis.

Permanent / Full Time (Mon-Fri)

Start: May/June 2025

Interview: 1st week of May 2025

Key Responsibilities

As Membership and Services Administrator , you will be responsible for the following duties:

  1. Processing Membership applications via SharePoint.
  2. Mailbox management.
  3. Generating reports via Salesforce (CRM) and accurate data entry.
  4. Handling customer enquiries from a range of stakeholders.
  5. Responding to \”contact us\” forms and leads.
  6. Setting up member-forums and events, logging attendees, updating agenda and co-hosting.
  7. Supporting Membership officer and Manager with membership renewals.

Minimum Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Administrator with the following attributes and experience:

  1. Membership Administration (desirable)
  2. Experience using Salesforce CRM (desirable)
  3. Detail oriented and highly organised
  4. Self-motivated with ability to work with autonomy
  5. Happy to work mostly from home
  6. Well-honed customer service and/or membership-care experience.
